What a PlayBase Is
The PlayBase is a steel frame, galvanised and powder-coated, with monkey-bar rungs across the top. Swings, a climbing wall, gym rings, a basketball hoop and fitness accessories hang from carabiner points and can be swapped as the children grow. Every frame is 1m deep and 2.45m high, carries up to 400kg and is for ages 3 and up.

The Wall fixes to a load-bearing brick or block wall. The Medium, Large and Extra Large are free-standing, held by base sections buried in the ground, with no concrete. Each comes in Black or Green.
Frame or Ready-Made Set?
You can buy a bare frame and add accessories one at a time, or start with a set that bundles a frame with a selection of them.

Which Accessories Fit Which Frame
Most accessories fit every frame, with these exceptions. Climbing nets and soccer target nets are sized for the Medium, Large or Extra Large. The Platform + Slide does not fit the Wall. The hammock fits the Large only.
Swings start at €29 for the trapeze and €39 for the swing seat; the baby seat, from 9 months, is €79. Fitness accessories such as the pull-up bar, dip bar and boxing bag are for ages 14 and up.
Warranty, Delivery and Assembly
The frame warranty is 10 years, or 13 when you register with BERG. Delivery is free across Cork, in 48 hours when the frame is in stock and typically 7 to 10 days otherwise. We do not offer an assembly service, but we can refer you to an independent installer.
