Choose by Height, Not Just Age
Age ranges overlap, so go by height. The Buddy fits 90 to 130cm, the Rally 105 to 150cm and the BFR XL Pure 120cm and up.
A tall five-year-old may be better on a Rally than a Buddy, and a child close to the top of a range will get more years from the next size up.
How the BFR System Works
All five karts use BERG's BFR hub. Pedal forwards to go. Pedal backwards to brake. Once the kart has stopped, pedal backwards again to reverse. There is no separate brake lever to learn.
What Every Kart Has
Each kart has a powder-coated steel frame, pneumatic tyres and an adjustable seat, so it grows with the rider. All five carry a 2-year warranty.
Delivery
Go-karts are delivered free across Cork and the rest of Ireland, in 48 hours when the kart is in stock. The last dispatch date for Christmas 2026 delivery is Wednesday 16 December, for karts in stock.
